Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following categories of third-party tools to run the Site and deliver our Services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
We choose these providers based on what's needed for a given engagement and do not share more data with them than necessary for that purpose.
How We Share Information
We may share your information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site or deliver our Services (e.g., hosting, email delivery, CRM tools), under confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities, if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets — you'd be notified if this materially changes how your data is handled
We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to:
- Fulfil the purpose it was collected for (e.g., duration of a client engagement plus standard record-keeping)
- Meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Guest post pitch materials and rejected submissions are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless you request earlier removal.

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or contact us directly)

If you submit a pitch or draft through our Write For Us program, we collect your name, email, writing samples, author bio, and any links you provide. This information is used solely to evaluate your pitch, communicate with you about it, and — if published — to credit you as the author. We do not use guest contributor contact details for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
